IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

We ship with track and trace worldwide with UPS and DPD.
If you live outside the European Union, you are liable for import duties and taxes at your location.
Each country has different import duty and tariff rules – for more information please check your local regulations.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once we’ve handed over our packages to UPS it becomes their sole responsibility. If at any time the package is lost or damaged, you can contact UPS to request compensation. If you would like extra insurance for your parcel, feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities before you purchase.

RETURN POLICY

You are obliged to examine the goods of the delivery and if you believe that they do not comply with the agreement made at the time of the order or the goods don’t meet your expectations, you are obliged to notify E with Love within 14 days of delivery in writing or by email. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the complaint. E with Love reserves the right to replace the goods, if in stock, or offer a refund. Of course, the goods must be returned unworn, in the same condition as they were delivered and in the original packaging. All costs involved in the return are for your account (including customs fees). Customized goods cannot be refunded.

For returning the goods, We highly recommend using a tracked service such as UPS Tracked. We cannot accept responsibility nor refund the goods lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.
